Experience

Armada Corp. is a Washington-based financial services firm with over 75 years of leadership in the debt collection industry. The officers of our firm have over 40 years of combined experience in professional collections. Our more than 50 professional staff members employ their knowledge of the industry to strategically meet the needs of each of our clients.

Integrity

As members of American Collectors Association (ACA), Washington Collectors Association (WCA), and local chambers of commerce and credit bureaus, we adhere strictly to their codes of ethics and the laws applicable to our industry. In addition, the standards we set for our staff and ourselves insure that each of our clients receive confidential, dependable service that is unsurpassed.

Efficiency

In 1987 the leaders of Armada Corp. theorized that we could provide a unique level of service to our clients by growing our company into a network of offices. We knew this change would enable us to provide a degree of service and consistency that had not yet been achieved in communities throughout the region. We have since expanded our business to eight offices strategically located in Washington and Nevada.

Officers

Timothy R. Carson
President & CEO
Tim Carson began his career with the company in 1987 when he assumed the sales and marketing responsibilities. His commitment to business growth has been instrument in developing the organizations current competitive position in the market. In 1990, Carson shifted some of his energy to the operational side of the business, as he became the General Manager as well as a shareholder and a corporate officer. Today, he focuses his attention on market development which includes geographical expansion and strategic alliances.

Albert W. Rookard
Vice President & COO
In 1992, Albert Rookard joined Armada's sales and marketing group. With prior collection experience and advanced business acumen, he quickly demonstrated that he had enduring value to the organization and was promoted to a Branch Manager position. After excelling in that capacity, Albert developed Armada's Education and Training program then became the General Manager and a principal shareholder. Albert now directs the company's operations and devotes much of his attention toward its aggressive technological advancement.
